Will I be paid?
Despatch: The UK Lottery draw you are entered into is chosen by yourself on the PLAY page of this website. You can play from a future, specified date on the PLAY page if required. We cannot supply tickets for the draw after close-off, which is 4PM GMT time for both the Wednesday and Saturday draws. By default, the website automatically displays the next available draw date after close-off time. You will immediately be sent your "confirmation of entry" by email and PlayUKinternet will not be liable for losses incurred by lack of performance by players' internet service providers.
Alteration of order if you change your mind: We will allow you to change your entry should you wish to change the draw date and that specific ticket has not yet been queued for purchasing.
Cancellations: If you are entirely dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider a refund of your purchase, as long as your reason is valid. To apply for a refund email us on info@playukinternet.com.

3. Our team have to manage the accuracy of worldwide entries and contact our players to guide them through the entry process if required.
4. Our team in the all locations in which we provide services have to line up and physically buy the tickets.
5. We employ a large staff complement to ensure that the process runs smoothly and that service levels are both maintained and improved upon.
6. For our web-based clients, our websites, are maintained and updated continually.
7. We are a private enterprise providing a premium interactive service and have allowed for a reasonable profit within our price structure.

Why do you only offer annuity payouts for the two US lotteries?
As a ticket purchasing service, we physically have to line up to purchase tickets. This means that we employ staff throughout the relevant jurisdictions to purchase those tickets, meaning that we do not necessarily purchase from the same place on a regular basis. It all depends on the amount of tickets purchased, and the availability of terminals to complete our orders. Some states in the US require a predetermined marking of the playslip to indicate the preference of the jackpot payout (cash amount or annuity payout).
We unfortunately do not have this luxury, and it is for this reason that we mark ALL tickets for the higher annuity-based jackpot amount. It must be understood that any ticket purchased by PlayUKinternet on www.playusalotteries.com or any of its related sites for the PowerBall and MegaMillions lotteries will be pre-selected for annuity payout.
The payout structure for the two US Multi-State lottery annuities work as follows: The PowerBall quoted jackpot amount is paid as an annuity over 29 years. Its immediate cash value to the winner is close to, but less than, half the advertised amount of the prize. The actual ratio depends on projected interest rates and other factors.
MUSL starts with the cash value, built from a percentage of sales (currently 30%) and then calculates the advertised Jackpot amount from that value based on the average costs of the three best securities bids. The annuity is then paid out accordingly. The MegaMillions quoted jackpot amount is determined and paid out in a similar fashion, but the payout is structured over 26 years. As your ticket purchasing agent, we claim the prize on your behalf, and all relevant deductions and calculations take place prior to the prize remittance to you.
